Takoyaki Event

I intend to post it here to tell u guys that Takoyaki making is fun! Anyway apparently, everyone was squeezing together fighting for a place to make this takoballs.

As you can see, below, the mould is the Takoyaki pan - make of cast iron and the below is the heat source.

The holes for each tako ball is filled with the batter, the ingredients are placed inside. This time we use hotdog, cheese, sotong(squid) and crabmeat=)

And then after the sides are slight cooked or so called harden, u start to flip it and add more batter to the tako balls which is only half complete and oso to make it look rounder.

And then u turn and turn and turn and be patient with it. U get something nice, round and shiny like the one below ! (above make by participants, below one make by us=D)

And whe it get fully cooked, it will browned and look something like that ~

And TADA~! with mayo, sauce and bonito flakes, delicious takoyakis are born~~!!!

Anyone who wants to try can wait until the first week of Actual sch reopening and go to JCG bazaar probably at design floyer at 4 for $2=D

Or you can buy ur own tako pan and tools to make ur own tako balls. I will probably post the recipe for the batter some time=D
