Food Magazines

Hi people since Jaime say our blog is too cold so i am here to share one wonderful magazine in bought jus few days ago. It cost $9.95. 1 issue for 2 mths. Even though it is expensive but it also has alot of great information in it.
.

There is food platings, beautiful ones almost at every page of the book.
Then each issue they will tell u more about different types of food ingredients and how to handle them. This mth is on meat and mushrooms.

And of course wine, how to drink, taste wine and wat types of wine in different countries.

And of course recipes. Alot ranging from desserts, to asian, to western, thailand, vietnam, indian and these recipes are Chef recipes.

Since this book is about Gourmet, of course different Chefs wll be shown, interview and introduce in this magazine.

So if u are feeling that u have nothing to buy, u are bored and there is nthg to watch in tv or computer games are boring.....Go to Times Bookshop or any other Major bookstore like Kinokuniya etc and flip through these magazines or even buy them for future use. Probably u can find magazines which are better then what i have share here =)

POD Practical 6 (2 wonderful platings)

2 wonderful platings (done by huixin, cheryl and shasha) =D
1- Fruit cake
2- Rolled vegetable with hotdog instead of roast duck as stated

For improvement:
Heard from the POD lecturer, plating 2 is out of proportion as the rolls are so much taller than the decoration.
Overall:
i gave A for these platings. wad u guys tink? hehe.
