Cheryl)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5cups flour1 &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2/3 cup warm milk&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 cup fine sugar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Icing sugar (for dipping)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/2 tbsp instant yeast&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Butter (for greasing and for coating)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 eggs&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2tsp vanilla essence&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pinch of Salt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Directions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1) whisk egg, milk and vanilla essence together&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2) In a seperate bowl, whisk flour, sugar, yeast together and add some salt.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3) Slowly stir milk mixture into dry ingredients until dough forms&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4) Flour a counter top and knead the dough (add more flour as needed a tbsp at a time) until slightly sticky and elastic ball of dough forms&lt;br /&gt;5) Place in a buttered bowl, cover with towel and allow it to rise for abt 1hr until it has doubled in bulk&lt;br /&gt;6) Punch down and roll out on floured surface until 1/2 inch thick. Cut into desired equal pieces and make a round ball out of it. Push the chocolate into the donut and roll into a round ball again.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;7) Place them on greased cookie sheet, cover with towel and allow it to rise for another hr.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;8) Preheat oven to 375. Melt addition butter to coat the balls.
